A view just after sunrise. Eastgate Clock stands on the site of the original entrance to the Roman fortress. It is a prominent landmark in the City of Chester and is said to be the most photographed clock in England after Big Ben.

Racecourse Sunset.

The sunset over the racecourse last night. The sun was behind the clouds and had not disappeared over the horizon. Some tweaking to highlight the tents for visual effect.

St John's Church as seen from the exit of Grosvenor Park. You have to go down a step to the pavement and this gives the impression that the stone wall blocks the exit.
