Description

Ferries as they used to be

Two of the Steam Packet ferries in Douglas harbour 1975. These were proper ships. Did the trip regularly for various sporting events. Always had a 4 course breakfast which took at least 1/2 the crossing. Scanned from 35mm slide

Ah the "Little Cunarders". Many memories flood back of going to the island on these beautiful steamers. Thanks Dave.
