Situated in Brunthwaite, a small hamlet in a conservation area, located at the South West foot of Ilkley Moor & close to the towns of Ilkley & Skipton.
The cottage was originally the stables for Ashwell Farm & has been sympathetically restored & furnished to give modern day comfort whilst retaining its Grade II character with original beamed ceilings & mullioned windows.
It is close to all amenities with shops, restaurants, take aways, pubs in the nearby village of Silsden.
We allow one or two well behaved pets (dog or cat) by arrangement. (£20 fee per pet) with good doggie walks close by.
A pleasant 200 yards walk is Silsden Golf Club which welcomes visiting playing & social guests. We are close to Bolton Abbey, a picturesque setting for weddings, our accommodation is useful for wedding guests, being only a 15 min drive to this venue.
Also we are close to Haworth & Bronte country, industrial musuems, steam trains & Leeds & Liverpool canal with Bingley 5 rise locks & many interesting Dales locations, including Ilkley & its famous moor and rocks, Skipton with its castle, market & canal. A short drive takes you to Grassington, Kilnsey, Kettlewell, Burnsall, Malham with its Tarn and Cove, & many other lovely Dales villages.,
The 3 bedroomed cottage has all home comforts with original & limited edition pictures in most rooms. Full gas central heating, with gas, electric, bed linen,(excluding cot bedding) towels, kitchen & tea towels included, as are a selection of breakfast cereals, selection of teas, coffee, sugar & fresh milk on arrival, The kitchen(with breakfast bar & 4 stools) is very well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, slow cooker, toaster, mini chop/mixer, scales, lots of pans, wok, cooking utensils, Breakfast & dinner crockery, glasses & tableware,
The bedrooms are two doubles & one single with a cot also available in this room if required It has sloping ceiling & beams so limited headroom and as such is more suitable for children .The combo boiler is in a cupboard in this room,also It has a non opening window for safety. .
The lounge has a large flat screen TV with sat. freeview & separate DVD player, Bedroom 1 has wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD unit with freeview. Beds 1 & 2 have radio/alarm/clock. Wi-Fi is available. A selection of board games, books & DVDs are in the lounge.
A 25% deposit on booking is required and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks ahead payment is required in full.
Payment may be made by internet banking, bank to bank transfer or personal cheque. or by booking with easy book using your debit/credit card.
For stays of 8 to 13 nights pro rata weekly rate.
For 2 weeks or longer we offer a discount off the weekly rate.

To all bookings please add £40 cleaning fee If bringing pet please add £20 per pet. To all bookings please add £200 damage deposit which is refunded within 7 days if no damage.
