PERITON PARK COURT provides superb self catering accommodation with a cottage and cottage style apartments tastefully converted from the Coach House and Stables of a Victorian country house. A cedar chalet in a garden setting provides additional accommodation. In a totally secluded setting at the end of a third of a mile of private drive, with panoramic views of the sea and Quantock Hills Periton Park Court is surrounded by 30 acres of it,s own gardens, pasture and woodland with direct access to Exmoor National Park providing great opportunities for walkers, mountain biking and riding.
The COACH HOUSE is a two bedroom semi detached stone built cottage. Tastefully furnished, upstairs there is a double bedroom and a family bedroom with three single beds. Downstairs there is a large lounge dining room, separate kitchen and entrance hall. The bathroom is off the entrance hall.
Outside there is a private pation area leading to a beautifully keeped communal garden with heated outdoor pool (May-September) and BBQ area.
Gas central heating is included enabling comfortable year round occupation.
