This single storey property offers a sitting/dining room with TV/DVD/Freesat and a well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and built in cupboards and a twin bedroom. Flush to floor wetroom/shower suitable for part-time wheelchair users. Dogs are welcome at a charge of £25/dog, payable directly to the owner on arrival. Free wi-fi in the cottage

Enjoy the amazing wildlife on our farm, including deer, badgers, herons, woodpeckers and other birds or visit the farm animals or fish in our lake. The games room is also situated at Bookham,. Our 4 luxurious barn conversions sleep 4 - 8 guests. All are equipped to a high standard with dishwashers, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV, DVD and free wi-fi. There is a games room adjacent to Great Coombe and ample parking. Some cottages have wheelchair access and disabled wetroom (M2). Wi fi is free of charge in all cottages and the games room.
