Curber Edge.

This was taken just after mid-day, so the light was very harsh! It was a grab shot as we were coming to the end of Curber Edge Walk. I would like to go back again sometime, to take a better picture, in later afternoon light when there are more shadows.

After recently taking up oil painting I was searching the web for Derbyshire pictures for my second painting. I came across this site and THIS picture and knew I'd found my inspiration!! It's beautiful! I'll be finishing my painting this weekend. I'd like you to see it.
