Shipstone Brewery New Basford Nottingham

James Shipstone & Sons (Shipstones 'Star' Brewery) was founded by James Shipstone in 1852, based on Radford Road at New Basford in Nottingham. The company produced the Shipstones brand of beers. Production at Shipstones Brewery ended in early 1991 after 139 years.
