| Rod Burkey(20th January 2009)These houses and many like them hold many memories for me when I used to go to Goodison and Anfield. Also I knew friends who had one very like this in Wavertee. These are so much better than much of the housing of a much later vintage. Keep the memories Barb. |

| Rod Burkey(31st December 2008)Nice shot Barbara. Well composed as it is not the easiest place to capture through the lens.
This place is good to visit and made me feel rather glad to have been "hatched" after the golden age of cotton. This picture reminds me of a visit there when, at the Aprentice House and I dropped my then new Nikon FE on the stone foor of the kitchen. I managed to take the remaining frames left on the film and then it packed in. Cost a lot to replace the top plate but well worth it. |

 | Rod Burkey(30th December 2008)It would seem that,as yet nobody has ever found out from were the spring water comes despite many attempts including putting dye in rivers and streams. Many people drink this cold pure water. |
 | Rod Burkey(30th December 2008)Great shot Ron. Must have taken some skill to capture the bird in just the right "pose". |
