Hello--I am from Upstate New York in the USA. A very dear friend introduced me to your wonderful "Pictures of England" Web site, and I've enjoyed browsing through so many awesome UK photos!

I am going to be visiting the UK for the first time very soon, and am looking forward to it!! It will be wonderful to visit so many places I've only read about it books. And I will be visiting a few UK friends that I've been corresponding with online, too.

I must say that I am impressed with the quality of the photos being displayed on "PicturesofEngland.com"!! My hope is that my efforts will be up to such incredible standards. Thank you for letting me join!
