Alford windmill and tearooms, Lincolnshire

Alford windmill is one of the few five-sailed windmills left in the UK. It is a working mill and produces a range of baking flours from organic wheat and rye grain.

How wonderful that the mill is producing organic flour. Hope the tearoom uses it in their scones.
