Photo of Saltfleet by: Lincolnian (brian)

A picture of Saltfleet
"we walked all the way from mablethorpe to see what we thought was a natural harbor - it is in fact a small river coming in from the sea - we went there on a sunday - hoping to see a fantastic sight - what we actually saw was a muddy river - the tide had gone out - a busy road - and a caravan site which you have to walk to get to the sea. to add insult to injury the cabs (we were told by the barmaid) did not want to come to saltfleet, so we had to walk back to mablethrope (4 hour)" - Susan Shelley(25th September 2017)
