The date of the auction was thursday, November 7th, 1867 at Regent Hotel, Leamington at 4 oclock in the afternoon.It offers a pretty complete discription of al the rooms.The location of the lodge is at the corner of Brandon Parade st. and Wood st.I have the architectural drawings of Elmley lodge.
