Bristol is a great town. Actually my third visit. Came for the balloon fiesta. Wonderfully organised. The people were quite receptive, friendly and courteous so i was not lost in the crowd being a black. Can't wait to return again for the next balloon fiesta. Kudos to the people of England and Kudos to pictures of England.

It was wonderful finding your site. As I understand it my fraternal great grandparents owned a tea room in either Henley-in-Arden or Stratford-on-Avon in the late 1800's or early 1900. I would love to know more about the tea room. Their names were Louisa and Frederick Bayliss. Louisa also ran a meeting room for the Cyclist Touring Club where the cyclist would come to rest and refresh themselves.

If I was planning to visit England from abroad I am sure this site would be invaluable in choosing where to go. As I am already here, it is nice for a ramble round the dear old country on hot days such as this, and dream .... 'this Earth, this Realm, this England.'
