I have just begun exploring your wonderful website. My grandparents emigrated to Liverpool from Northern Ireland. They were first married in a civil ceremony in Ireland and then remarried again in 1902 at St. Nicholas's Cathedral. My mother, and her 13 siblings, were born in Liverpool. It was wonderful to see pictures of a city and a country that I have never visited. Thank you so much.

When I began researching my family history, I found that most of them were born in Burwash. Family names were Russell and Phillips, do not know if any are still living there. Having looked at the photos of Burwash I must say it looks a very pretty clean place.
