Hi guys, nice meeting you Cool

I'm Marjon and my username is Pirate_Dutchess (Yes, with T for Dutch) Wink

Me at the beach in Scheveningen Netherlands

I absolutely love England, or better said part of Englan.

Upto now i just saw London mostly but since last year i have seen part of Sussex (Arundel Castle twice, Portsmouth, Worthing, Brighton), Framlingham Suffolk, Canterbury and Stratford upon Avon.

I love taking photo's but unfortunitely my camera is quite bad but thank god my pictures were found good enough to share here which i enjoy very much.

This page was pointed out to me by my dear Friend Stephen Luff from Worthing and it's become one of my most favorite sites!

 I apologize, there's some things i haven't mentioned.

As said my name is Marjon, I'm 44 and live in Gelderland, the Netherlands.

I was pointed to this site by my friend Steve after visiting him last year in Worthing.

My hobbies include Dutch history, English history (Thomas Howard 4th duke of Norfolk and the Dukes of Norfolk in general most of all in the 16th century, Henry VIII,  Elizabeth I and medievals to Elizabethan time in general), photography, reading, music, travelling, movies, documentaries (Morning programs on BBC1 about houses and antiquities), castles and other historical buildings, visiting cities, museums, some painting, learning to sew.

I'm single and live with my two cats Tabby and Dusty.

Hi Marjon, Tabby and Dusty

You have plenty of hobbies to occupy your mind, but don't let that stop you from posting pics on this brilliant website POE. C'mon fellow members, where's the welcome? My thanks also to Stephen Luff, he obviously pointed you in the right direction!

My mum said that, and my dad laughed  .

Sorry, couldn't resist a little saying from my youth. Usually said when something is not understood.
