I love the calendar idea and would certainly buy one or more.

I look at as many pictures as I can during the day & nite. I use lots of them as my backgrounds so England is always with me until I return. A friend at work loves when I send her pics of gardens, cottages as she has never been to England but someday would love to visit after seeing these pictures.

Would several different CD's of England be available?  Could different areas of England plus London be considered? There could be many to choose from such as gardens, villages, coastal,  seasons, etc etc etc.

Wow what about a collection or series? I could purchase some for my friend as a gift.

What do you think?

Yes to calendar and more than happy if any of my pics could be used, and a big yes to Michael's idea of a DVD of images - what  a great present for friends abroad!

I too was wondering as Christmas is fast approaching and these ideas would be wonderful gifts for my family and friends.

Lots of us overseas need time to receive these in the post so the sooner we can order the better!

Can anybody let us know if there is anything available yet?.

Having a calender on my wall for 2010 would be so exciting!

Thanks

Nela was involved early on but I haven't heard anything for a long time now. Nothing has been done thus far. I guess it's the same old story....good idea but nobody has actually grasped the nettles yet. I know Chris and Sarah are too busy to deal with it, so it needs input from the members again. I for one will give it some further thought. I did have an offer of help from one member - Dave at Mapping Ideas but he stepped back because we thought it was being dealt with at the time by MG and Nela. The calendar and/or the dvd would be good for POE so back to the drawing board.........help, please!
