Hi POE

The last 2 pics you approved of mine, can you change the title to Cherry Blossom please? I was having an 'elderly' moment I think and named it Orange Bloosom in error lol

Hi Lyn. Sorry about this but we've been real real busy getting the site sorted so that you can do the image editing/deleting by yourself. I thought it would be done a few days ago but things didn't go to plan. Sorry about that. Anyway, the site now allows members to edit/delete their own photos. Let us know how you get on. Here's how to edit your pictures..

Please login to your account, and click 'My Pictures'

Click the group  'Barton le clay' and on the right-hand side of the green bar of each picture,  you should see 'Edit this picture' and 'Delete this picture' links. Click the 'Edit this picture' link.

You should now be able to change a few things, including the title and description. Once you've made the changes to the title, click the button 'Update title and description' and the changes will be made.

The page stays on the edit form, so you'll have to use your browser back button a few times to go out of it and see the changes, but we'll get this sorted hopefully tomorrow or the next day.

Good luck Smile

Thanks POE     I've done it and it worked just fine! Must be one big headache gone for you with all the photos you must get on here! Thanks once again and no need to apologise for taking a while to sort me out, I guessed you must have been busy....Thanks once again for making it easy for us to delete/alter and to put into catagories etc etc ourselves.Smile

Thanks Poe it worked brilliantly first time for me when I knew I had previously doubled up on a picture.

I did not have a 'senior moment' I just had an 'intellectual overload' !!!

Hi Sue, This can be done following Poes instructions. I knew I had doubled up on a picture so I brought the picture up in 'my pictures' and there are two boxes on the right hand side edit. delete, I just clicked on the delete and the picture was gone. maybe it was just luck but Lyn seems to have ben successful as well, better luck  next time.

No, I just want to edit or delete mistakes I've made in the forum here, like a spelling misake or calling Ron a bad name and then feeling bad. Of course I may be reading POE's instructions wrong.

One step at a time Sue LOL they've sorted the posting of pics and maybe they will sort this forum out as well when they have time.
