Thinks.....Hmmmn, there are a certain few people in the forum who are getting far too big for their boots! I will have to sort them out before they get in a position of POE'er (Power to you Peter). I can't even begin to think what will happen if they let you loose on the site. Perhaps if they do make you Chief Moderator they will provide a dictionary for you also, or at least insist you do a spell check EVERY TIME!

Hi Bert. Make sure that the photo you want to use is small enough. Then go to your profile and down to preference. When you click on change preference, you will be taken to another window. There you can add your photo as an avatar. Hope that helps.

Welcome to the POE forum Bert! Peter was clever enough to help you with advice on your avatar pic, but failed to notice that you are new to the forum. As you become more involved you will see that this is what he is like, a potential minute of glory but forgetting the bit that matters.....he really is a 40 carat plonker!! Anyway, I am sure that after I have posted this welcome you will be greeted by the sane, insane, funny, not so funny, serious sometimes, crazy even, members who make it all very worthwhile. Enjoy the very best website and forum on the net!

Welcome Bert, I see you too have a Welsh Surname like our dear Peter. I hope that doesn't mean you have the same sense of humor  .

Now I need to go back and see what this thread is all about.
