Added a new comment system to the articles, allowing you to comment/rate articles just like with the images.

The author of an article will receive email notifications of new comments on any of their articles, the same as with the image system.

Also reinstated the England articles section on the site and hope to build on the few we have by sourcing many more over the coming weeks/months.

We'll also eventually be adding a category system to the articles at some point, so we can have different categories for the articles to fall under. E.g Travel, Myths & Legends, Food,  Buildings & Structures, etc.

The new article index page is here: http://www.picturesofengland.com/England/articles though articles are also listed under their relevant towns/attractions, e.g http://www.picturesofengland.com/England/Northamptonshire/Woodford/articles

 Once we have the category system up, the articles index page will get the usual sorting links and perhaps a search too, as well as pagination.
