New sort options on 'My Pictures' page

There are 3 new sort options on everyones 'My Pictures' page -

All - My Latest - Highest Rated

1. All - Shows all pictures like before, arranged in groups, sorted alphabetically (this is the default sort when you click 'My pictures').
2. My Latest - Shows your most recently added pictures first
3. Highest Rated - Shows your highest rated pictures first

If you have a lot of pictures, the latter two sort options will also be arranged in multiple pages as they show the pictures individually
