There have been some great pictures of castles - but no one had added any more to this thread so I am bumping it up to remind you all that it is here, lol

I love this view point of Bamburgh Castle - you must read Steve's description, it is most interesting.  I love it when information about the places is added!

I am sure that lots of castles have sneaked passed me in the year since anything was added to the thread, so in the hopes of resusitating it here is a really nice shot of Oxburgh Hall in Norfolk!  I supposed really it is a moated manor house, but looks enough like a castle like residence to me!!
