daffs are ok sue but ours have been battered with wind and rain this year -i have dug the lot up and give most of them away -in fact there is still a sack full for any neighbour that wants them --opting for winter pansies this year.Smile

yes it is sad --but the work involved clearing the stems takes a long time --when there are hundreds of them.
