Finally I have found out what bird this is. 

It is a Martial Eagle.  I asked on the Bird Forum site then looked it up on Google.

Roy Jackson hsa some spectacualr pictures of brids in flight.
 
Here are a few of his (many) Black-headed Gull shots. The first shot is in winter plumage, second in transition, and the last two adult summer plumage.
