Yes Ted ... i know it very well, its just up the road from my house! its a lovely spot ..and theres quite a nice pub just up the canal from here ...you can sit on the edge of the canal with a beer.Smile

 I would really like to be leaning on that gate, staring out at that view.  Instead of having to shift all the furniture (and everything else) out of 4 rooms, because by "dearly beloved" has organised for painters to come in tomorrow.  Isn't that so sweet of him!!!   I might think so in a few days time, too!!!
