Our last stop is at CIRENCESTER.  Here we can visit the Corinium Museum with exhibits from Roman times, Cirencester Park, Barnsley House Gardens and attend the weekly antique market (Sorry, once again I couldn't find pics!)

I was surprised how many places in GLOUCESTERSHIRE have few (or no) pictures on POE!!  excluding a couple of the Cotswold villages.  We need POElanders to visit this beautiful county and fill in all the gaps for us!

I do hope you have enjoyed your whistle stop tour of Gloucestershire. Smile Please feel free to add any comments, suggestions, recommendations, anecdotes, pictures or stories to this thread.  The more information we have the better we can plan our visits.

Until the next tour, stay well and enjoy yourselves Laughing

I think everyone is only visiting the pretty cotswold villages in GLOUCESTERSHIRE and the rest of the County is neglected.

Someone needs to do this County the justice it deserves.  Next time you are planning a trip how about touring the less visited areas in Gloucetershire (and adding the photos on POE, of course).

Hasn't anyone anything to add to this Tour??
