Hi everyone...well birthday for thsi is is an done thing...hubby and I started with an whip cream filled donut with an dab of icing on top of it and cup of coffee for my "birthday cake"....going down the road toward the Warm Springs Indian Reservation......we stopped at the new casino there and looked it over and sawthe small concerts they have in back of it...yeterday's was an wrestling match so we didn't stay, bought an book at the Museum across the street, had an burger basket at the restruant there and left for Madras, an tiny town now grown twice the size since my last visit...on to Redmond, its changed only slightly but the building you can see is more residential there over the years...stopped back by the Resort of Ka-neeta  7 miles north of the little casino we first visited....RV Park and the hot spring spa and swimming pool jammed and it was the nicest weather, sunny and warm, but not hot.. only an slight breeze. By 7 pm was resting my slightly swollen feet and they went down over night...we came home to an surprise on the table for me, an new Apple Ipod...I've never had one before...so daughter in-law, son and kids came over to my house after we all ate breakfast together and did the start up on it...Steve stopped by...haven't seen him for awhile, his little boy is now two, last time I saw him he was attempting to stand up...everyone gone now, hubby finishes out the day by changing the oil in the car, and myself ..I'm reading an book my neighbors brought me over of one of my favroite book author's. Adventure time with "Dirk Pitt" and author Clive Cussler.  I've now got about three books to read you know. Nice pleasant birthday this year..I kept thinking to making hubby stop so I could get the Resrots electrnoic billboard sign with it's June 13, 2015 dateon it...thought it would of made an good avatar here...but he was on the go I guess you know. In two days we have filled our car with gasoline three times. It was nice though getting out of the house and away from all the things needing done.

Best get back to yard work and diet and walking if possible. Yep, came back to the wind. Not as hot...but the wind still dries out everything.

I am doing lousy on the Ipad in my soltitare game, but could not find the one I use to do on this new computer. Lazy afternoon today. Have an good day!

Good afternoon...well, I took one look outisde and they started chemtrailing, so I ran to the park and did my 4 miles walking stint for the day and came back home. I can't go to the dentist...can't even think of it until my blood gluclose readings are closer to normal..my blood pressure is down closer to normal....I am on day threeof my 900 calorie a day diet, and walking. Since then I've brought down my blood glucose 71 points...far yet from normal though...blood pressure not bad..130...and I lost an pound then turned around an gained it back, but I might have one of those weight scales that measures in 2 pound units also....see what tomarrow brings. I have only gained about 5 pounds since last year.

After the "fireball" sighting in the skies Friday night last...we have this week been having fly-overs by the air guard over the house here...and as to the chemtrails..they were horizontal in the skies and then I watched one of those big planes go straight up...I mean straight up in the air until it looked like an tiny ant....so here's the sky...like an bottom of an "S" and straight up in the air for th top half of it....weidest pattern I've ever seen, though they put the ususal proverbial big "X" out around Boring, Oregon somewhere. It knocked down the dry winds an bit, but it's not holding. We have wind right now.

My daughter in-law called asking me if she can use my water bath canner to make her some fresh strawberry jam, so I rounded up all my books on canning, preserving, freezing, and drying and plan to take them out to her and two cases of wide mouth quart jars here when hubby gets home.

My car has an "service engine soon" light on...he had changed the oil the other day, but there is something that does make that come on, when they don't either tighted the cap at the gasoline stations...or someone was tampering around with my car trying to steal gasoline or cause problems. So far its running just fine, so I hope it's just the light off kilter. It takes two days of driving with the light before it will shut itself off....if nothing is wrong.

Today has really went fast...me and the time....when I went to the coast here an week back, time over there seemed like it was at an stand still....today seemed like it's going super fast....and I notice some of the "sensitives" I know are now agreeing with me, that ever so once in an while they feel like they are in an time warp of an sorts...and can feel like an invisible wall/force of some kind. I wonder i fthis is the interdimensional force that "JC" was telling me about that I would need to learn to "focus" to pick living in an reailty world in the future.

7 mag quake down in the South Atlantic ocean...no place of harm to anyone that I'm aware of so far. So Jack Coles quake came in possibly in the opposite direction and for us on the west coast...that might be an good thing. I go for now.
