Hi to all POEsters...

Sun shining, something wrong it's Autumn!

Good morning...windy here and it leaves me... disgusted. Having problems on the diet...gained another 1/2 pound back from lack of Bowel Movement, now going into my fourth day and I feel bloated, had an headache earlier, and occasionally pains up my spine with this happens...but more then anything...stop losing any weight.  

I called Jim Berkland last night...everyone is wondering what happened to him since the Napa Quake recently...he said he lucked out with no structural damage, just an few pictures fell..but none broke...but he's having health problems also...dizzy...can't walk hardly...has tests resuts coming back he hasn't heard as yet on.  He's up there in age you know, he said that he just sent out his start on his 25th year to his monthly newsletter...is not looking forward to the "Blood Moon" this month, there's also an eclipse...and he says Jack coles has his recent prediction of an quake up to the 7.9 mag..in his window this month for quakes also. Jim says from San Francisco to some place called "Freedom, California". He says he's only been to Branson, Missoui lately for an family reunion, but it turned out pretty good. No world wide traveling this year cause of his health I guess. Mentioned being over in Egypt though when he was an young man near the Pyramids..he says they called him into his profession of geologist in an way. Since then, he's been all over.

I'm not walking this morning..it's 43 degrees and the air has an chill in it now, without the "blankey-blank" wind blowing. Augh...looking for better times.  

I see no rain in the immediate week later on...that's not good either. New sprigs of grass coming up from the recent rains to start rebuilding the bald and dry areas of my yard, but won't do any good unless it gets more rain later on. Weather has been crappy and out of season in ways and not "Oregon" like weather..... I bought the Farmer's Alamanac yesterday but still need to read it.
