   John , how is the complaint going, I did say on another post I saw the hotel and the tripadvisor "comment" , it really was the last thing you neede on what was a special trip you had been looking forward to .

 We are all with you John, just hope you get somewhere, you should ! Did you see Ron's post with how to contact the CEOs by e-mail- think it was on the good and bad service thread.

         as for I-spy - it is two words but not those two and as for the quizzy I think that is the pier with the sealed chamber where the Mean sea level point is encased.
