Does any POE member want to own up to watching Mrs Browns Boys? lol

So funny in my opinion and often makes me struggle for breath as I laugh throughout. In short it appeals to my sense of humour! Tears roll down my face and I for one am looking forward to seeing the film that has just been released called 'Mrs Browns Boys D'Movie'.

Anybody POE members watch it, what do you think?

I am not a tv person i could do without one myself due to all the rubbish that is broadcast,in answer to your question Ron --yes i have watched it.

I think it is very funny and very well put over --not to everyones taste i might add,my mate wont watch it due to the language yet he will go and stand in a bar for 3 hrs.Smile

Yeah, I understand what you say James and yes the same language is used in bars (or used to be) don't frequent them any longer, but we all have the remote control and the 'off' button is not difficult to press.

I also watch very little television just like you it seems, but this really does recharge my batteries.

I'm sure that must be the case, bearing in your former job Ruth and so if you consider that it is comedy played by a man dressed as 'Mammy' most of us can relate to what are effectively 'normal' life situations. Well almost normal anyway.

Trust me, it's worth looking for playback. Along with the accent, the delivery it really is very funny, especially when you get to know the other characters!
