Hi James, we should have stayed at home, I hate Bank Holiday traffic, but we had to meet someone in Saltburn so David could swap a fishing reel.

Pat, let me know if it works, my mum has high blood pressure (probably my fault, everything else is Smile ) If it works perhaps she could try it and reduce the amount of pills she takes for one thing and another evey day.

Pat I reckon the only thing beetroot juice is likely to do is give you a shock when next you go to the bathroom!

Maybe a trip to the GP for medication would be a better idea?

It was pouring down here last night...but I was expecting it and need it to help set the plants I planted.. green beans finally broke ground..  I don't know what's going on with my face, I think I might of gotten bit by something yesterday maybe. Have an great big red spot near my nose I'm treating today. Been sleeping considerably this morning for some reason also. So it's about noon and I've been up and down all morning long taking it easy. Another one of those rare days where I don' teven get dressed before 2 pm...guess I'll see on that one as to what happens. Yesterday was my granddaughters 16th birthday. She got her much convented ticket to the Seattle Mairner's vs Boston Red Sox  Baseball game late in June plus $90 spending money....as it's going to be an over nighter affair...with her mother and brothers...grandpa and myself. She's now an young lady...into baseball?..smiles*
