My daughter in-law is good for "pot lucks" out at her house, that's what she made for the last one... Pot Roast Stew. All kind of little kiddies running around out there....there are 17 boys in her family and three girls. Boys are starting to get married though these days.
I'm back this morning....laid down until about 8 am...watered some in the back yard and then counted the houses as I walked past them this morning....27 times..ranch houses. Let the critters outside until lunch time. Then they come in for an bit in the hot afternoon and go out for an couple hours before it starts getting dark.
Here Rick...... Teryaki Steak Tips....1 lb. beef tips or stew meat, 2 bell peppers cut into 8-12 pieces..(one orange or yellow), 1 red onion, quartered and picked apart to single pieces, 10-16 whole baby bell mushrooms, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce.....Put it all into an crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours...eat! You can't get any easier then that, all you need is the mashed potatoes, o rrice, or noodles... steamed carrots and rolls.Or if your still in an hurry, try something to put it in on the bread or toritlla side The receipe itself makes 4 servings of 73.8 calories per serving. That's pretty good calories for something in beef. I just counted out 18 "Smokehouse" almonds for an treat today. I think I'll go make lunch and then head out for some more storage foods...Iam after big bags...resturant sized.... of califlower blend for my diet. but say...did I say I really wanted to do this diet...Hell NO!....but I'm forced into it anyway. Then think I'll write Earthquake Mary an letter down in California maybe also. Seh was telling me that Jack Colesshe talked to in person is saying he's been crossing his fingers for an large quake in southern California for months now to NOT happen...but not exactly what he's been picking up on his monitoring equipment... everyone seems anxiety ridden about this, as they know its very possible. With having lost much of our crops this year across the mid-west, California is about the only place we have left to rely on fresh produce. I must go for now...so talk later on.
