I like them too, but when I was young and they were in their prime, I didn't care much for country music. I was more into rock. But when it comes to country, the old ones are the best - Kitty, George Jones, the old Merle Haggard stuff, Tammy Wynette. One of the 'old time' newsreader and journalist, the ones that spoke clearly and didn't use slang. The ones I prefer to listen to but are becoming a rare breed. She was so young, and should of had many good years ahead of her. Sally was the first woman in space, and was a great role model for all young women; showing them just what heights (literally) the fairer sex is capable of achieving. I know lots of people will remember him in Corrie, but I liked him best in Keeping Up Apprearances. He did pass in his sleep, which is a wonderful way to go, but at 68, so young. Too young!
