Crikey, easy tiger!

As for Anne Diamond, I believe she is living here in Oxfordshire not 10 minutes away from where I live in Wheatley, well she was unless she has moved recently!

Yes, Denzil, Anne Diamond used to present TVAM with Nick Owen. He now presents our local news, Midlands Today.

Thanks for putting the Neil D. video link in there, Lyn.  He is great - that must have been a terrific show, Sue.  I LOVE his voice, very distinctive.  One that, when you hear him, you know it can't be anybody else.  Willie Nelson and Stevie Nicks are two others who come to mind for unusual one-of-a-kind voices......

Which brings me back to the question I asked a few days ago that nobody answered.....(do I sound a little neglected, sniff, sniff).  Cry Paul Rodgers - another guy with a unique, and (to me) the best voice, will be touring as the singer for Queen again this year, but not, unfortunately over here.  Surely there must be at least one among you who is a Queen fan. You're all the right vintage to be (so am I).  It's my understanding that Queen is only second to the Beatles in all-time popularity in the UK.

And Sue, the up close and personal concert experience is great!  We saw Paul Rodgers perform 2 years ago at a little nightclub in one of the casinos in Palm Springs, CA.  We were right close to the stage and I felt like I was back in the stone age again, when I was 16.
