Hi Len:

Going to Big Bend National Park?  My sister and I plan to meet there, probably in the fall now, too hot between now and then.  She lives just outside of Houston and I live in Phx. and we figured that's about half way between us.  There are a lot of B&B's in that area too.

I looked at your webpage.  Did you know that Brian May from Queen is a formally trained astronomer?  He just received a doctorate from one of the universities in England.  He's a guitarist too!

I knew that Ruth lol, and I think I know he's a good guitarist too! I loved his version of 'God Save the Queen' he played from the roof of Buckingham Palace.

Then you need to get the DVD of the 2005 Queen & Paul Rodgers, tour, Lyn.  It's called "Return of the Champions." and there's a great segment of Brian doing the guitar solo at that concert.

Did you know that Brian May still plays a guitar made for him by his dad? The kneck of the guitar is made from an old table leg. And not many people know that. He he. But it is true though.

That is what made his sound so distinctive on his earlier records.
