I can see why you would have been discouraged after the theft. But that was a long time ago, and we must move forward, mustn't we? If you love music, and love to play, you shoudn't give up on it. What a happy memory it must be for you, having your father teach you to play. Maybe you could pick up a used guitar somewhere, even if you only play for yourself and/or friends and family. Sorry about giving unsolicited advice, Peter, but we're all dragging around some little cross. Have to go on livng though, ya know?

A friend baught it for me after mine went, but due to ill health now, it is too heavy for me to carry. Cant even play it for more than a few minutes. Still, I have my camera and the computer, so I still have photography.

There would be also enough for a website of your own, Peter ! Have you ever thought about a www.peterevans.co.uk ? Photo 'S to view, your audio clips to download.....and the most spamming newsletter that you can think of free for Ron, of course ;-)
