I think I saw David Cameron say the Red Alert was for an possible terrorist attack..be careful over there.

My diet went down the tube on mini cinnamon rolls, we got the dishwasher installed about 8:30 pm last night. Sissy is here with usand one dog is coming over, the rest of the family along with Chrisand his girl's are going camping I guess.  Streets are wet this morning, showers..and looks like more is coming...last weekend for the State Fair in Salem. I di dhave my blood sugar down another 10 pts, hope that stays intact but I could use an small reprieve and I don't diet very good with hubby around..just something about him being here. I have more bad influences then I do good ones or I'd not have an weight problem to begin with. I'm moving furniture around so I cando some exercises on the shag carpeting here later on..so talk to you all later on. Hope your getting prepared for winter because that Iceland volcano might cause this winter to be colder then ususal...in your area. Stack up your wood and peat if possible.

Talk later on.
