I've just joined YouTube and posted my first video.

Good fun! Does anyone else here have any videos they'd like to share?

This one is of me and my brother playing an old Dylan song in the garden last summer. The best bit is when the song thrush joins in!

I'm the scruffy one on the left with the red guitar.

Oh what fun!

I heard the Song Thrush alarm call in the background first, and got a giggle out of that, but then he seemed to start enjoying the music and joined in.

What a great way to get to know you John. Good job!

Thanks, Sue.

Glad you liked it.

Those birds could sing for England!

Well done John, what a great video! I'm a member too but i've never put one of my videos on there, I've no talent like you have.

That's great John.

Wish I could play the guitar then I could do a video - that's if I could sing.Sealed

Hey, there's no need to sing, ladies.

Why not record yourselves reading a poem - or just chatting to camera? It would be great to see and hear other members in the electronic flesh!

YouTube is amazing. I don't know why I didn't get into it ages ago.

It's called A Satisfied Mind, Ruth.

Just looked it up to check, and I see I've been mistaken for about 25 years! I though Bob Dylan wrote it, but it seems it was a Johnny Cash production.

Well, well...

Very nice John, even if guitars sound a little tinny. The thrush was in tune... Smile

Thanks, Wolf.

Yeah, I think the thrush was keen to show us how singing should really be done!

I fixed him later, though. Shot him with my air-rifle.

(Joke...)
