Hi Ray, and thankyou, we are not getting much sun lately and when we do it is still pretty cold, average day at present around 18c and down to 5c overnight. Yes we do have a slow combustion wood fire going in winter.

Andy, will send you some of the locusts from the plague in country Oz at the moment.Strange for winter, just hope the frost kills them off, so destructive.

1 penny worth of mixed lollies, and a bag of broken biscuits, please Lyn.

You are talking about the good old days, and sweet shops; but whatever happened to the happy, helpful shop workers (called sales assistants now)? I remember when they asked if you wanted help and then offered it, but now you ask them for their help and they act like your really putting them out.

Ah yes, the good old days, cardboard in the shoes to cover the holes. They were too big cos they were your big brothers first and the holes he made in them. But, there was always Saterday morning pictures. Hooray for the hero, Boooooo to the villains. We may have worn cast offs but we did enjoy ourselves. And how about the penny gobstopper? Suck it for at least two days, fur and all.
