The wife was trying to get something out of the cabinet under the sink. Somehow she fell, landing on her rump. Boy did she have a weird (funny) expression on her face. Funny noise too, a sort of oomph as she hit the floor. But it is a concrete floor though. He he he.

This reminds me of my wife. She always get her left and right mixed up. When she map reads for me in the car, and says"Next left", I indicate left, and then she says i am going the wrong way. I remind heer that she said left, but she aways says " You know what I mean". Am I a mind reader? Doh.

Hi Ruth It has nothing to do with scrumpy, it means pinching them without permission lol if we got caught we got a telling off, thats all, not like today where they would probably end up in court, I have to add that I NEVER got caught.

Scrumpy is a Cornish cider, made from apples and really strong. It tastes like apple juice, but if you can still walk after 3 pints, you are a better man than me Gunga Din. I love the stuff, just like drinking mashed strong tasting apples.
Hey Peter - who says Scrumpy is Cornish? Have you never heard of Taunton Cider and "Coates comes up from Zummerzet"?

I used to go scrumping too as a child but we also went around the hedges of the orchard to get blackberries to go in the pie with the apples - delicious.
