I wouldn't know the difference, Peter.  When I drank Strongbow, it was the first time I drank a commercial hard cider.  It's not popular here at all.  I don't know if any of the bars serve it over here.  But getting back the the topic of the thread - Scrumpy is a weird expression!  Bet its scrumptious!

Scrumpy is probably a cornish word. Denzil may know. And yes it is a real nice drink. If you get smashed on it, you wake up with no hangover at all. Just a touch of Rons diahoria. He he he.

Well, Jeez, where's Denzil?  It's almost 7 your time and he's not here yet.  Iwas hoping to find out before I went to bed, but I'm fixin to go in now, so I guess I'll just have to wait.  He must sleep in on the weekends.

I've got to say I'm not much of a drinker (that's the driving for you!) but I do like a drop of scrumpy. I can imagine Denzil with a skinfull inside him!
