Thanks for pointing that out Edward. Basically Sue had copied the whole text of the post (silly billy lol) into the link, and that's why it didn't work, but certainly works now!

James, I think it's just a question of copying and pasting a valid web address into the message box. For example :

 http://www.bbc.co.uk/

 If the web address is invalid, the link can't work. I don't understand computers, I just b***er about until it works !

Hi James the answer is as follows: Copy and paste your link url as Edward says into the post. Highlight it and then go to the bottom of the page here where you will see a 'closed chain link' and an 'open chain link'. Confirm this by holding the mouse over it and it will read Insert/edit link and Unlink.

Click on the 'closed link' (with the url highlighted still) and paste the url into the top box where it says Link url, click insert and bingo!
