Well here at the most easterly point in England, and in fact the British isles, it is as wet and dark as a fishermans beard in a force nine.

I am in Peterborough now and it is equally as wet as it has been in Devon!! :(     It's a good thing I came yesterday as most trains in Devon have been cancelled today due to flooding again on the lines. Happy days!

Same here Ron, rain followed by more rain, thick mist as well, no daylight at all today. Torrents of water are flowing down the steep hillsides, the river in the valley bottom would be ideal for white water rafting. Will it ever stop ?

Come and get me folks. Bring a heated blanket.

This morning it is - 7 º F (yes, MINUS 7) and dropping.

We did have a white Christmas though and the snow is going nowhere in these temperatures.
