Down where most of the fruit grows gets plenty of rain Ron.  Up here where the citrus grows we don't need the rain now!

I can see you are feeling better Ron - and feisty too!  LOL.  I hope you have been using those lemons, for their juice, mixed with honey for your coughs!

I am pretty sure that it does help.  The lemon is an antiseptic and source of vitamin C and the honey soothes the throat - I know it does something else too but can't think what it is at the moment.

Yep!  Good to use for cleaning and "sterilizing" in the kitchen too!

We've not seen a wisp of a cloud in about 2 weeks, but it's been unseasonably cool.  The rest of the country has been hotter than here, although they're calling for 100° F today.  It's been very windy, though not too bad today.  I hope the winds die down so firefighthers and hot shot crews can finally get control of a massive wildfire we have burning in eastern Arizona.  It's already consumed over 400,000 acres, something like 600 square miles.

It's heartbreaking because it's the mountains over there are gorgeous.  But not as heartbreaking as the flooding and tornadoes people have suffered back east.  It's been a horrible year for weather in our country.
