Exploring the most Picturesque & Historic parts of England
Taken at the Red Kite feeding station at Rhayader. There, they feed the birds daily at 14.00 GMT. The birds don't change their clocks in the spring and autumn as they have far too much sense!

Good capture of exposure on the underside of the kite, and sharp detail, even though the ISO was cranked up to 1000
Excellent capture Rod.
Indeed a great shot of a lovely bird. Only seen one around where we are , but they do seem to be spreading out more around the country now.
Great photo Rod. Wonderfully sharp considering the high ISO. Which,I might add, was well chosen.
Top shot, Rod! Such beautiful birds> If you get in the right spot, they make for great wildlife photogrophy practice.
Top drawer stuff Rod, excellent shot of a magnificent bird that has made a great recovery over the last few years
A prime example of what we all aspire to do with bird photography, only yesterday I asked in the forum about achieving a shot like this.
Great pose, great detail, great picture! One for the ornithologists.
Brilliant image of this proud bird.
