Middlesbrough College and Transporter Bridge
Apart from Middlesbrough FC's new Riverside stadium and the famous Transporter Bridge, Middlehaven is currently a wasteland of redundant docks. Tees Valley Regeneration, which has been given the role of coordinating major physical development and inward investment, has employed Will Alsop, the trendy futuristic architect to come up with a masterplan.
