About Swallows Rest

Offering bed and breakfast rooms with sea views, Swallows Rest is set in 34 acres of Dorset countryside on the Jurassic Coastline. There is free WiFi and free parking on site, and a large guest lounge with a fireplace and log fire. Guests have access to the summerhouse, the lake, the gardens, and the fields leading down to the sea. There is also a campground which is open all year. At the farm there are alpacas, a Cavalier King Charles dog, Shetland ponies, horses, sheep, rare-breed chickens, bantams, ducks, geese and pet pigs that wander in the gardens. The guest rooms at Swallows Rest have a flat-screen TV, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Chocolates and home-cooked cakes are served daily. Weymouth beach is 2 miles away, and there is a secluded beach at Fleet Saltwater Estuary, a few minutes’ walk along a footpath leading from the farmhouse.
