About Brooklands Annexe
Situated in an Ideal rural village location, just 10 minutes from Longleat. Two people can relax after a good day out in this delightful single storey cottage. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, it is easy to find with ample parking and has a good choice of local pubs and a takeaway in the village and surrounding area
Centrally positioned in the Wiltshire countryside, 'The Annexe' is ideally situated to take advantage of the many tourist attractions and of course the fantastic grounds and Safari Park of Longleat house. There are many other things to see and do in the area which include the following popular tourist attractions,
Longleat, Stonehenge, Lacock Abbey, Bath (Abbey, Roman-Baths and Spa), Avebury (Stone Circles), Bradford-on-Avon (Tithe Barn), Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Iford, Bowood House, Glastonbury, Stourhead House and Gardens, Westbury White Horse, the American-Museum, Clarks-Shopping-Village, the Kennet-Avon canal, Devizes, the beautiful Salisbury-Cathedral and The George public house at Norton St Phillip (700 yrs old).
Of interest to anglers there are many fishing lakes located close by, nearly all of which offer cheap and varied fishing. The nearest of these is within a 300yd walk of the Annexe.
For those who enjoy the great outdoors there are many delightful local walks just outside the front door of 'The Annexe'.
There is an area in the front garden next to the stream that runs down the side of the property, which is for the exclusive use of our guests, with wild bird feeding station, which attracts a large variety of birds daily, decking, table, six chairs and an umbrella. This is next to a fishpond where those who smoke can have a cigarette if they wish.
Situated just 10 minutes from Longleat. This property Comprises of, One double bedroom with ensuite lavatory and wash basin, sitting/dining room, Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower, TV and DVD in sitting room and bedroom, full central heating.
WI-Fi is also available for a small nominal charge of £1 per day
Children or dogs are not normally accepted but give us a call and we can discuss this.
