About Beach House Park

Containing formal ornamental gardens, including an interesting Memorial to wartime carrier Pigeons, five automatically irrigated international class flat bowling greens, and a licensed café run by concession.
In addition there are three tennis courts and three changing pavilions, (including attendants office) WC’s including disabled, and a Bowls Shop run by concession.
Also at Beach House Park there are two outdoor Chess / Draughts boards. This facility is free and can be used by asking either a gardener or the attendant (bowls season only) if the pieces are not out ready.
