Brick kiln by the Oxford Canal, Fenny Compton
This was a temporary kiln built circa 1775 for making the bricks with which to construct the Canal tunnel at Fenny Compton. The tunnel was opened out in 1870, so the kiln survives the tunnel it was built for.
