Description

The Grass is Always Greener !!

On the edge of Bookham Common this lucky cow has a huge area of the Common to pass the time of day, the herd are there for management of the allowing the habitat to grow in a more natural way-thus the insects and birdlife and flora can flourish. BUT, why then does this character go to great extremes to eat from the verge of the road that runs by the edge of the Common?

The same happens with the moorland sheep where we live, there's miles upon miles of moorland grazing, but the dirty grass at the side of the road always tastes better, then of course they're in the ideal place to just walk in front of the car and stand in the middle of the road.
